"Passage" apartment for rent

The object is located in the very center of historical events of Ukraine, in a house built in 1904. Given the uniqueness of the location, there was no doubt about the choice of style for the interior design. We sought to emphasize the architectural features of the interior in the context of the exterior, filling the space with elegant modern furniture, lighting and decor, corresponding to the current vibe of the capital.

The apartment is intended for long-term rentals, so we created a light background that tenants can complement with elements of their own taste, turning the apartment into their own gallery. The interior features a variety of color accents and textures. All cabinet furniture was made by Ukrainian craftsmen according to my sketches, with a preference for upholstered furniture from Italian factories.

We completely rethought the original layout, focusing on the open central kitchen-living room space. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and guest bedroom are flanked by a bathroom and a tech room hidden behind a sliding mirror at the entrance.
